PROBLEM

The Client, an Office Properties REIT, relied on a highly customized JD Edwards Rent Roll only available in PDF Form. This required manual entry of information back into various analyses and reports all across the organization. Also the Stacking Plan is limited to be updated once every other year, due to the time required for creation.

SOLUTION

Re-engineered the Rent Roll Process to ETL data in SQL using a standard rent roll data extract out of JD Edwards. A combination of Power BI and SSRS then are used to consume the Rent Roll and Stacking Plan across the organization, allowing for drill down using an integrated live stacking plan.
